Has my order shipped, and how do I track it?
You receive an email confirmation when your order is placed and a shipping notification with tracking as soon as it leaves our Florida warehouse. Most orders ship within 48 hours.
How do I change or cancel an order?
Call 1-866-888-5858 or reply to your order confirmation email as soon as possible. If the order has not shipped yet, we will change or cancel it.
What does shipping cost?
Ground shipping within the US is free. International customers: contact us for a quote before ordering.
How do returns work?
