This style flap wheel is mostly used for white wood sanding of mouldings and edges on big doors in a stack, the wheel size of 2" works well on mouldings and for un-finished edges. The grit will leave a linier sanding scratch as its a course grit, it will also clean up some knife marks and imperfections. This grit will alter profiles and edges if the operator is not careful in operating the head.
