Pneumatic Sanding Drum With Handle 75-115 QW6

This is the pneumatic drum sander with a handle on one side. Its 75 -115 (3" x 4.5:) with a length of 4" and an 8mm (0.30") shank to insert into a drill chuck.  This would be a tool you used to work on items with a drive on one side and a handle and pneumatic roller on the other.
